**Important Appointment Guidelines at Salon Colours** We kindly ask all clients to thoroughly review the following service descriptions and policies before securing an appointment. This will ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for everyone involved. **Deposit Information:** - All deposits made at the time of booking are strictly non-refundable. However, they may be transferable when the appointment is rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice prior to the original appointment. The new appointment must be booked within one month of the original date. **No-Show Policy:** - If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notification, a fee amounting to 75% of the total service cost will be charged to the credit card we have on file. We value your time and request that you respect ours as well. **Package Upgrades and Add-Ons:** - Should you wish to upgrade your selected package or add additional services, please communicate any changes at least 72 hours before the day of your scheduled service. This allows us adequate time to prepare for your appointment. **Rescheduling and Cancellations:** - If you need to reschedule your appointment, this must be done no less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled time. Please note that the new appointment must also take place within the same month as the originally requested appointment. If you must cancel, we also require that this be completed at least 72 hours in advance of your appointment. **Early Bird and After-Hours Appointments:** - For our clients who require flexibility, we offer Early Bird and After-Hours appointments. These are available outside of our regular business hours for an additional charge of $75. **Regular Business Hours:** - Our standard business hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
